Thank you for shopping at Avalleo. We take pride in providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
⚠️ Important: Avalleo does not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as delivered.

Normal handling is acceptable, but damage due to careless handling is excluded.

Products relating to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received, returns are processed within 7 working days. If conditions are met, the return will be acknowledged during this period.
Avalleo reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition.
How can I return my order?
If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:

We will reply with the correct return address.
⚠️ Do not send returns to the sender address — only ship to the return address we provide.
Cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with consumer protection laws.
A. Cancellation Conditions

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) received the goods.

Because Avalleo uses a fully automated order system, shipments cannot be stopped once placed. Cancellation is only possible after delivery, via a return.
To cancel an order:
Send a clear request to: info@avalleo.com stating your decision to withdraw. Cancellation is confirmed once the goods are returned to us. Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
In-Transit Orders
Our goods are shipped directly from Asia. Longer transit times may occur. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until you receive the goods. Please wait for delivery and then request a return. You may notify us in advance about your intent to cancel.
For the fastest processing, we ask that you provide a return shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel, Avalleo will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional shipping surcharges you selected). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
